EXCURSION TO AVIATION MUSEUM

      Our agency offers you interesting and informative excursion in State Aviation Museum. The State Aviation   Museum is an aviation museum located next to Zhulyany Airport in Kiev, Ukraine. The museum is one of the larger  aviation museums displaying Soviet technology. Each aircraft in museum has own history and exciting destiny: when  they have risen  for the first time in the sky, where flied, whom met, what have seen?

      Now these aircrafts on the deserved rest. They are pioneers, whose occurence on air-lines pushed all spheres of a life of the country in new quality.They surprised the public abroad and made social, scientific and industrial revolution at home. 

     The Museum has plane Tupolev Tu-104 - the first Soviet jet passenger liner which, at the same time, became the first really viable passenger machine with new type of engines. Or Ilyushin Il-14, which for many long years take out on the wings a scale epopee of post-war development of Arctic regions and Antarctic. The occurrence of Ilyushin Il-18 has caused jump of growth of passenger transportations. 

     Helicopters Mil Mi-1, Mil Mi-4 and Mil Mi-6 served in the military, fire, transport purposes and transported passengers. 

     A huge amount of military aircrafts in museum collection illustrates power and a variety of the Soviet air force. Many of them took part in military conflicts all over the world. Among them are fighters, attack aircrafts, surveillance aircrafts, strategic bombers, etc.

     All these machines became the integral symbol of peaceful era, in which were born, and now have taken the deserved place in museum collections.
